We offer Pilates privates and duets on the equipment and on the mat.
Private sessions are a valuable way for you to dive deep into the way your body moves, and the ways it does not like to move. As we get to know more about your movement patterns, we can discover the very best exercises to challenge you and get real results for you.
ABOUT PILATES:
Pilates is a conditioning method, a system of exercises that were developed by Joseph Pilates nearly a century ago using special apparatus, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance the mind/body connection. It focuses on the core muscles of the body, but it is a full body workout without unnecessary strain.
Pilates strengthens the body, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
