What you need:

  • A Pilates Reformer
  • A Pilates or yoga mat. For Pilates, a thicker firm mat or 2 yoga mats is better. 

Optional, but not necessary:

  • Hand towel
  • Resistance Bands
  • Small Soft Ball
  • Light hand weights (1-2 lbs.) or 2 water bottles
  • Yoga strap or belt
  • Magic Circle.
